Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to drive the implementation of its evidence‑based learning model. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the executive team, shaping strategy, standards, and public advocacy for a system that delivers twice the learning in two hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that translate learning science into actionable curriculum, motivation, and application guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and results across school sites.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and observations to assess ecosystems, identify obstacles, and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic alignment through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at executive levels, delivering keynotes and engaging ministries of education to promote systemic transformation.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in academic or EdTech leadership, with proven team‑management experience.
