Director of Revenue Strategy

About the role

Responsible for maximizing revenue and profit associated with rooms and function space across the cluster of Ritz‑Carlton properties in Egypt. The role oversees forecasting, budgeting, pricing, positioning and inventory management to drive top‑line performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual sales versus projections, compile and report revenue management data, and identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term forecasts for revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for transient, group and catering segments, and manage inventory to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales strategy team to align sales initiatives with revenue goals and communicate strategies to the sales organization.
• Lead revenue management projects, conduct opportunity analysis, and evaluate the effectiveness of electronic sales channels.
• Provide revenue strategy expertise to general managers, property leadership and market sales leaders, and support pricing analyses.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 2 years of revenue management or sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop forecasts and influence cross‑functional teams.
