Director of Sales – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Director of Sales to lead sales, marketing and revenue generation for our hotel within the Accor network. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the commercial strategy, drive market share and ensure profitability across all segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s annual sales and marketing plan in line with budget and business goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams, targeting transient, corporate, leisure, MICE, group and wholesale segments.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise pricing, distribution and demand strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to maintain a competitive position.
• Prepare and manage commercial budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators and strategic partners.
• Oversee contract negotiations and account management.
• Represent the property at trade shows, industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in hospitality sales leadership, preferably within a hotel brand.
• Proven ability to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
