DRP Planner – Supply Chain Planning

About the role

The DRP Planner is responsible for operating an automated Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) process across a group of supply sourcing lanes. The role ensures that product movements are efficiently scheduled, inventory is accurately deployed, and customer service targets are met. The position will be based in the GCC region and will involve adapting processes during a transition period.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and run the automated DRP process for assigned lanes.
• Parameterise the Pro‑link planning tool to optimise move recommendations.
• Manage inventory deployment, trans‑shipments and network design to ensure timely product delivery.
• Lead regional exception‑based planning and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of trans‑ship and expedite losses and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customer service, demand and supply planning teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and adjust lead times and safety stock settings in the system.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in engineering or logistics.
• 1–2 years of experience in distribution planning, supply planning or a related function.
• Experience in FMCG environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.
