DRP Team Lead

About the role

The DRP Team Lead is accountable for Distribution Requirements Planning across a cluster that includes two large business units (Poland and DACH). This position serves as the primary interface between Global Business Services Planning Hub and the markets, ensuring that replenishment plans meet service level and working capital targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and stabilise the DRP planning organisation within Global Business Services.
• Generate daily/weekly replenishment plans that satisfy customer orders while maintaining appropriate safety stock.
• Identify market demand, set distribution parameters and anticipate supply‑chain volatility.
• Manage product overselling situations and coordinate mitigation plans with supply planners.
• Balance stock across distribution centres to prevent stock‑outs and obsolescence.
• Lead supply‑control meetings, track POOS, VF% and truck utilisation, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Demand Fulfilment leaders, RemainCo, logistics teams and CBS to resolve exceptions and allocate NPI quantities.
• Adopt and drive compliance with DRP systems and run‑to‑standard agendas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in distribution or supply‑chain planning, preferably in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of planners.
• Excellent analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills across internal and external partners.
