Dutch Speaking Technical Support Specialist 4 - NetApp

About the role

Arrow is looking for a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist 4 for NetApp, based in New Cairo, Egypt. The role delivers proactive and preventive support for NetApp systems, working closely with internal support teams and customers. It is a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational continuity of NetApp systems on-premises or in the cloud
• Execute centralized deployment services
• Handle customer tickets professionally according to Arrow's ways of working
• Provide monthly activity reports to customers
• Respond to system alerts, support tickets and customer change requests
• Serve as the technical advisor and point of contact for customers
• Collaborate with internal teams and NetApp support to deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies and the NetApp roadmap
• Take part in the on-call rotation to cover 24x7 service continuity

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent training in ICT
• At least 10 years of experience supporting and administering NetApp products
• Strong background in storage infrastructure platforms
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Team player, able to work independently and in an international team, with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
