E-Commerce Assistant

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique BPO firm that provides back‑office and customer‑service support for U.S. consumer‑goods companies. As an E‑Commerce Assistant you will help keep clients’ online stores running smoothly, working remotely from an international location and supporting multiple e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily incoming orders and generate shipping labels.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales platforms.
• Audit product listings to ensure items are live and store operations run smoothly.
• Respond to minor, low‑volume customer messages through text‑based channels.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks.
• Experience processing e‑commerce orders and generating shipping labels.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy across one or more sales channels.
• Experience auditing e‑commerce product listings for accuracy.
• Available to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
