E-Commerce Content Associate Manager

About the role

Vodafone Egypt is looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Content Associate Manager to own the accuracy, quality and commercial performance of all product listings on its online marketplace. You will ensure customers can find, understand and trust every product while supporting the broader mission of connecting people.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain content standards for titles, descriptions, images, specifications and pricing.
• Oversee seller onboarding, including bulk uploads, bilingual guidelines and service‑level agreements.
• Detect and act on non‑compliant, counterfeit or misleading listings to protect brand integrity.
• Lead the content team, design scalable operations and tooling, and report content health in business reviews.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in online retail content, catalogue or merchandising operations, with at least 2 years on a marketplace platform.
• Fluent written Arabic and English, capable of setting editorial standards in both languages.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across sellers and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset using conversion, search and returns data to prioritize work.
