E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist (2–4 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic E‑commerce Digital Marketing Specialist to join Enarat’s team in Heliopolis. The role will drive the company’s online presence, align digital campaigns with sales targets, and optimise conversion across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual digital marketing plan linked to sales and business goals.
• Set performance objectives for traffic, conversion and ROI across all digital channels.
• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
• Lead retargeting, remarketing and automation flows to boost conversion and retention.
• Monitor ad budgets, analyse performance metrics and ensure cost‑efficiency.
• Oversee influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Support product launch and vendor promotion campaigns in collaboration with procurement.
• Supervise creation of digital content, approve creatives and ensure brand alignment.
• Track, analyse and report results using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and similar tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards summarising campaign performance and market insights.
• Lead and coach the digital marketing team, conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, E‑commerce and Customer Support to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Maintain website content, update product information and ensure SEO optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with common website CMS platforms.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and coordinate with third parties.
• Excellent written English and Arabic skills.
• Strong PC skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
