E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise our Shopify store and drive online growth. The role involves planning and executing digital campaigns, analysing performance data and identifying opportunities to increase sales. You will collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure the online catalogue reflects the latest offerings and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify website.
• Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyse Shopify, Meta, and Google Analytics data.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS and other key KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance and increase sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Shopify and e‑commerce.
• Experience in social media marketing and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics/GA4.
• Understanding of e‑commerce KPIs and conversion optimisation.
• Previous experience launching an e‑commerce website (a plus).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
