E-Commerce Key Account Manager

About the role

As an E‑Commerce Key Account Manager based in Cairo, you will drive L’Oréal’s online market share by managing and expanding relationships with major e‑retailers and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute joint business plans with e‑retailers to maximise commercial growth.
• Coordinate online promotions, product launches and e‑merchandising strategies.
• Analyse sales data, traffic and conversion metrics to optimise ROI and ensure stock availability.
• Maintain and grow key e‑retailer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital initiatives with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Proactive, collaborative and analytical professional.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience in managing e‑commerce accounts and negotiating commercial terms.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
