E-Commerce Manager – Retail & Marketplace

About the role

EELAF is seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven E‑Commerce Manager to own and grow its online sales channels, including the company’s own store and third‑party marketplaces. You will be responsible for the full online sales journey, from product availability and pricing through order fulfilment, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy to increase revenue, profitability, customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
• Build commercial plans for the online store, marketplaces, promotions, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Identify high‑potential product categories, brands and SKUs across electrical, UPS, IT infrastructure, ELV, physical security and lighting.
• Manage product listings, categories, pricing, promotions, descriptions, images and technical data on the e‑commerce platform and marketplaces such as Noon.
• Ensure accurate stock visibility, lead times, payment methods, delivery options and return policies.
• Monitor site functionality, search, navigation, checkout flow and mobile experience, coordinating with IT and Odoo teams to resolve issues.
• Set and track sales, conversion, average order value, margin and customer‑retention KPIs.
• Analyse product performance and recommend actions to improve visibility, conversion and stock movement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce operations and driving commercial growth.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to set and monitor performance targets.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, including product, sales and supply‑chain.
• Detail‑oriented approach to product data accuracy and customer experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Odoo ERP platform.
• Familiarity with online marketplace management (e.g., Noon).
