E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

The E‑Commerce Specialist will support Spinneys’ online commercial activities across its own platform and third‑party aggregator channels. Working closely with Trading, Marketing, Content and Operations teams, you will ensure accurate product representation, timely promotions and optimized commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update online assortment, pricing and promotions based on inputs from Trading and Commercial teams.
• Ensure product details and offers are correctly displayed on the Spinneys app and aggregator platforms.
• Set up, verify and monitor promotional campaigns according to the commercial calendar.
• Track daily and weekly sales performance by category, store and channel, highlighting trends and exceptions.
• Analyse promotion results and report impact on sales and margin.
• Monitor performance of aggregator platforms (e.g., Talabat, Instashop), updating assortment and pricing as needed.
• Identify top‑ and low‑performing SKUs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience, with a mandatory background in retail.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience managing e‑commerce platforms and online sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
