E‑Commerce Specialist

About the role

The E‑Commerce Specialist will manage daily updates on the company’s online store, ensuring products are presented accurately and are easy for customers to find. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support launches, promotions, and overall online sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Update product listings, verify pricing, stock levels, and correct any content errors.
• Support the launch of new collections, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor online orders, stock availability, returns and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service and IT teams.
• Track product performance, generate basic sales reports and identify items needing additional visibility.
• Follow up on customer issues to improve the online shopping experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or fashion retail.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and CRM platforms.
