EHS Assistant Supervisor

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an EHS Assistant Supervisor to support health, safety and environmental initiatives across its North Africa operations. The role will help ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards, implementing controls, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the site‑wide system for hazard identification, risk evaluation and implementation of corrective controls.
• Facilitate the development and rollout of HSE programs, including defining roles, creating prioritized action plans and drafting plant‑specific procedures.
• Coordinate employee HSE training and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all HSE‑related activities.
• Assist in incident investigations using participative root‑cause analysis and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
• Support compliance with regulatory and other statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated understanding of health, safety and environmental principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills for record‑keeping and program tracking.
• Effective communication skills for training and incident reporting.
