Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will ensure reliable operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of electrical systems across our production and utility facilities. You will support manufacturing performance by troubleshooting faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving automation and efficiency projects.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical faults on production lines (blow molding, filling, capping, labeling, packing) and utility systems (compressors, boilers, refrigeration, power distribution, AHU).
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support system upgrades, modifications and automation improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Movilizer, SAP) for breakdowns, work orders and preventive tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Coca‑Cola HBC safety standards and local regulations.
• Contribute to energy‑saving projects and ISO 50001 initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.
• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• PLC programming – Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC and B&R.
• Automation communication protocols – AS‑i, Profibus, Profinet, Powerlink.
• Drives and motion – servo drives, servo motors, encoders, positioning systems.
• Control panels, sensors and instrumentation.
• CMMS usage – Movilizer and SAP.
