Electrical Engineer – Residential Projects

About the role

Cornerstone Development seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical works on residential compound projects in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. The role involves supervising installations, ensuring compliance with designs, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, safe electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all on‑site electrical works, including low‑voltage, lighting, power, panels, and earthing systems.
• Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and project delays.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems in apartments, common areas, parking, and landscape lighting.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, conduct inspections and testing, and ensure quality standards before handover.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in construction projects, preferably residential compounds and infrastructure works.
• Strong background in residential building electrical systems and site execution.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams efficiently.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving skills.
