Electrical Engineering Professional

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company committed to health and well-being, is looking for an Electrical Engineering Professional in its Operations Business Division. The role creates, implements and optimizes electrical maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency, leads troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and guides the technical development of the maintenance team. All activities must comply with cGMP, ISO standards and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement system improvements to reduce downtime
• Lead major maintenance activities, including shutdowns, upgrades and new equipment installation and commissioning
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety and quality standards while mentoring and developing technical teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power and electrical machines or mechatronics
• 4-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance in pharmaceutical, FMCG or industrial environments
• Familiarity with cGMP, ISO standards and maintenance documentation practices

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with PLCs, electrical drives, instrumentation and control systems
• Electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
