Electrical Operation and Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Operation and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of the electrical network, including transformers, cables and related equipment. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and supporting the continuity of power supply across company sites.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, isolate and rectify faults in transformers, cables and dispensers.
• Provide technical advice and execute necessary maneuvers to maintain electrical current flow.
• Monitor network voltage, loads and overall performance.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules for tools, machines and equipment.
• Review maintenance programs, track results and coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment reliability.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation related to operations and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure at various company sites.
• Strong communication skills.
• Open to junior, associate or senior level candidates.

• Technical reporting proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
