Electrical QA/QC Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrical QA/QC Engineer to join our team and ensure that all electrical works on infrastructure projects meet the required specifications, drawings and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures on‑site.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Conduct inspections and verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare, follow up and close Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to obtain approvals and schedule inspections.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities.
• Issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience on infrastructure projects such as utilities or substations.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and international standards.
• Hands‑on experience with inspection, testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
