Electrical Site Engineer

About the role

Al Ashraaf Developments is seeking a full‑time Electrical Site Engineer to join its construction team in Qesm El Obour, Egypt. The role involves overseeing all electrical works on residential and commercial projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, civil and mechanical teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Prepare technical reports, review drawings and shop drawings, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement of site processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in site supervision of electrical activities on large‑scale construction or real‑estate development projects.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary team environments.
