ELV Modeler – BIM Coordination Specialist

About the role

The ELV Modeler will develop and coordinate BIM models for ELV/ICT systems, ensuring accurate integration with other disciplines. The role supports design development, performs clash detection and produces high‑quality technical drawings using Revit and related tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models for ELV/ICT systems, ensuring alignment with MEP, structural and architectural models.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and communicate findings to resolve conflicts.
• Create and review detailed design drawings for cable trays, structured cabling, fire alarm, public address and CCTV systems.
• Assist engineers with design calculations and schematic diagrams for low‑current systems.
• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, mechanical and plumbing teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience drafting electrical works in consultancy firms.
• Professional, expert‑level proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
