About the role

We are seeking a talented Email Designer to craft high‑converting email campaigns for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. You will turn copy and wireframes into visually engaging, revenue‑driving emails while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design polished email campaigns that align with each brand’s identity and conversion goals.
• Create automated email flows that guide customers through their purchase journey.
• Incorporate feedback quickly, delivering revisions within 1‑2 hours.
• Maintain a rapid turnaround of up to 10 email designs per day while ensuring quality.
• Communicate proactively via Slack and meet response expectations.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto‑layout, and file organization.
• Proven experience designing marketing emails, preferably for e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑focused design and CRO principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced remote environment.
