Employee Life Cycle Associate

About the role

The Employee Life Cycle Associate supports employee lifecycle transactions and HR operations, ensuring accurate employee data management, record maintenance, and data security. The role handles escalated HR inquiries, resolves operational issues, and processes day‑to‑day HR transactions in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of workforce administration operations.
• Assist onshore P&O and MAF employees with transactional inquiries and daily HR transactions.
• Respond to routine questions about Employee Central (SuccessFactors) and related procedures.
• Accurately enter HR information, process new hires, job changes, terminations and unemployment tracking.
• Process employee data changes and corrections, and conduct data‑integrity audits.
• Answer escalated inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in departmental projects and perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in a relevant or numerate discipline.
• Internship or experience in an HR services environment is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
