About the role

Teleperformance is seeking recent graduates to join its English voice account in New Cairo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Required profile

Graduates with B2/C1 English fluency
Flexible with rotational shifts (2 days off)
Maximum shift end at 2 am for female agents, with door‑to‑door transportation after 11 pm
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo
Previous customer service experience is a plus
