English Customer Service - Chat Account

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service professional to join our chat support team in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves interacting with customers via live chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests through English chat channels.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow company guidelines, maintain detailed interaction records, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, keep product knowledge up‑to‑date, and share feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on written English.
• English teaching, training, and translation skills to ensure clear and correct messaging.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work varied shifts.
• Previous experience in chat‑based support, call centres or BPO environments is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree and basic computer literacy are advantageous.
