About the role
Teleperformance, the world’s largest leader in Customer Experience and Business Process Outsourcing, is looking for an English‑speaking specialist to join its New Cairo team. You will work directly with homeowners, helping them manage existing mortgage accounts and understand escrow analysis. This full‑time position offers a structured, professional environment within a global financial campaign.
Key responsibilities
- Provide escrow analysis support and schedule or process payments for pre‑existing mortgage loans.
- File tickets for bank or mortgage statements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Explain complex escrow analysis clearly and empathetically to homeowners, enhancing their understanding.
Required profile
- Excellent/Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
