About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our New Cairo site. In this position you will help airline passengers with bookings, check‑ins, baggage queries and in‑flight assistance, delivering clear and efficient service in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight bookings and reservation changes.
- Handle check‑in procedures and answer baggage‑related questions.
- Provide in‑flight support and resolve passenger issues.
- Maintain high‑quality interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Required profile
- Advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
- Full‑time availability for on‑site work in New Cairo.
- Willingness to work a rotational shift schedule.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
