English Instructor – Full-time, Giza

About the role

SYE English Community is seeking a passionate English Instructor to join its on‑site team in Giza. You will design and deliver student‑centered lessons for learners of varying proficiency levels, helping them build confidence and practical communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Teach group and individual classes, adapting methods to diverse learning styles.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community events that promote English usage.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment through effective classroom management.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Previous experience teaching English to groups or individuals, preferably in a classroom or community setting.
• Ability to motivate learners and manage diverse classrooms.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a learner‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Giza and attend occasional community events.
