English Instructor (Full‑time, Dokki, Cairo)

About the role

Guide Academy is seeking a full‑time English Instructor to join its Dokki campus in Cairo. You will deliver engaging, learner‑centered English lessons to individuals and groups, following the academy’s curriculum and teaching standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with Guide Academy’s curriculum.
• Prepare instructional materials, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
• Participate in training, professional development, and collaborative initiatives to improve teaching quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience teaching English to learners of varying levels, ideally in classroom or academy settings.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Reliability and punctuality for full‑time on‑site commitments in Cairo.
• Relevant teaching certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL are an advantage.
