About the role

The Guide Academy is seeking a full‑time English Second Language Instructor to join its Cairo campus. You will deliver engaging English lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver dynamic English lessons using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Design and adapt curriculum materials, integrating communicative and practical language activities.
• Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance and reporting requirements.
• Utilise educational technology, presentations and online learning platforms to enhance instruction.
• Participate in internal training sessions, meetings and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in teaching English as a foreign language with a learner‑centered approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; TEFL/TESOL certification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with culturally diverse learners with patience and professionalism.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
