English-speaking Litigation Mid-level Associate

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic mid‑level litigation associate who is fluent in English to join our team. The role involves handling complex litigation matters in Egypt, drafting legal documents in both English and Arabic, and providing high‑quality legal research and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex legal research and analysis for litigation matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in English and Arabic.
• Support cases across a broad range of legal issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with senior counsel and clients to develop case strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm in Egypt.
• Admission to the Egyptian Bar Association, with standing before the Courts of First Instance.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to the highest professional ethics and conduct.

Required skills
