Enterprise Solutions Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Team Leader to drive the end‑to‑end design and delivery of IoT, smart building, Wi‑Fi and ICT security solutions for e& Egypt’s B2B and B2G customers. You will own the solution lifecycle from offering and architecture through implementation and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements such as RFPs, solution proposals, proof‑of‑concept sessions and client workshops.
• Design high‑level and low‑level architectures for IoT systems, Wi‑Fi networks, smart building platforms and integrated ICT environments.
• Oversee full implementation, coordinate vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
• Embed security by design into all IoT solutions.
• Manage existing vendors and evaluate new partners to expand the smart solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• BSc in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in solution architecture or systems engineering within IoT, ICT or enterprise technology.

Required skills

• Smart building and surveillance solutions.
• Wi‑Fi technologies (Wi‑Fi 6 / Wi‑Fi 6E).
• Cellular IoT standards (NB‑IoT, LTE‑M, 5G).
• IoT platforms such as AWS IoT or Azure IoT Hub.
