Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent – New Cairo (Car Required)

About the role

EgyProperty is looking for an enthusiastic fresh‑graduate Sales Agent to join our on‑site team in New Cairo. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties while representing a trusted brand in the Egyptian market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers or renters.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing contacts, and maintain an up‑to‑date property portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, documentation, and smooth transaction processes.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track client interactions using simple CRM tools.
• Communicate professionally in person, by phone, and via digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driving licence and personal car for traveling across New Cairo.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple listings and appointments.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps).
• Experience or familiarity with a simple CRM or property‑listing platform.
