ERP Implementer – Finance & HR Modules

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Implementer to configure, test and roll‑out core ERP modules in Finance and Human Resources for our clients in Cairo. The role involves gathering business requirements, mapping processes to the system and ensuring successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and test ERP Financial (GL, AP, AR, FA) and HR (Payroll, Personnel, Attendance) modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct business requirement sessions, analyse current workflows and translate them into ERP configurations.
• Provide end‑user training and post‑implementation support to drive high adoption rates.
• Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, user manuals and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with technical development teams to report customisation needs, integration requirements and bug fixes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven experience implementing ERP systems.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two core modules, specifically Finance and HR.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to understand financial statements, payroll structures and business cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science or a related field.
