Estimation Engineer – Civil & Architectural

About the role
The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate civil and architectural cost estimates, quantity take‑offs and tender pricing for construction projects in Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, bills of quantities and cost breakdowns for materials, labour, equipment and subcontractors.
- Analyse project scope, obtain supplier quotations and identify commercial risks.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial and MEP teams to support tender submissions and clarifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in construction estimation.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- AutoCAD.
- Experience with estimation software (preferred).
