Executive Business Assistant

About the role

Pentavalue is seeking an Executive Business Assistant to work directly with the CEO. The role blends executive support with business development, helping to identify and nurture new client opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Contact new leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals.
• Respond to business enquiries received through the CEO’s office.
• Qualify client requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision‑making authority.
• Arrange client meetings and prepare briefing documents.
• Create company presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals.
• Attend meetings with the CEO, document decisions and next steps.
• Follow up with leads and clients until opportunities progress or close.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with internal teams.
• Provide the CEO with regular summaries of leads, meetings, pending actions, and required decisions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relations, account management, or executive support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to generate leads, handle client interactions, and prepare business presentations.
• Excellent organization, research, and follow‑up capabilities.
• Interest in technology, AI, software, and digital solutions.
