Executive Engineer – Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

Joy&Learn is seeking an experienced Executive Engineer to lead the manufacturing operations of its furniture division. The role focuses on overseeing the production of wooden and metal furniture, ensuring high quality and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor manufacturing workflows for both wooden and metal furniture lines.
• Supervise production teams to maintain operational efficiency and meet output targets.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to align production with product specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the wooden and metal furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise production teams.
• Effective problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.
