About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our Legal team and provide comprehensive legal support across the organization. The role involves handling commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising internal stakeholders within a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Advise business units on legal matters and risk mitigation.
Support corporate governance and internal audit activities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in law.
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in multinational companies.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or similar corporate environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law and regulatory compliance.
Proactive attitude with solid business acumen.

Required skills

Contract drafting and review in Arabic.
Contract drafting and review in English.
