Experienced Resale Agent – Real Estate Brokerage (New Cairo)

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a motivated Resale Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential and commercial resale transactions, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• List, market, and coordinate viewings for resale properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts through to closing.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of resale listings.
• Nurture client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on local real‑estate trends, regulations, and market pricing in New Cairo.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a resale agent within a real‑estate brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of the New Cairo market, including pricing trends and regulations.
• Excellent client‑facing skills: negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
• Ability to manage multiple listings, handle documentation accurately, and follow structured sales processes.
• High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to a safe, transparent customer experience.
• Full‑time on‑site availability in New Cairo, with flexibility for evenings or weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM systems.
• Experience using property listing platforms.
• Competence with basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
