Export and Import Coordinator

About the role

The Export and Import Coordinator will support end‑to‑end international shipments from our Giza headquarters. You will ensure all export and import paperwork complies with local and global regulations while coordinating daily movements by air, sea and land.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage export and import documentation in line with regulations.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, customs brokers and internal teams.
• Track cargo status, provide timely updates to clients and resolve any issues.
• Enter data accurately into logistics/ERP systems and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with customers, partners and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures and Incoterms.
• Ability to work on‑site in Giza, handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
