Export Logistics Coordinator – Cairo

About the role

The Export Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring that goods move smoothly from Rockal to customers and work sites. This on‑site role requires strong coordination with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities, including shipments, deliveries, and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Prepare, verify, and archive shipping and delivery documentation.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Organise loading and unloading processes and follow up on transportation costs.
• Produce accurate logistics records and regular reports.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
