Export Sales Manager – International Market Expansion

About the role

Hayah Pharma is looking for a visionary Export Sales Manager to lead its international expansion. You will be responsible for driving export sales across manufacturing, medical and retail sectors, building strong client relationships and positioning products in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and increase market share.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing robust partnerships and distribution channels in target countries.
• Manage the full export sales cycle from inquiry and negotiation to order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with international clients, distributors and partners.
• Conduct thorough market research to spot emerging trends, competitive landscapes and growth areas.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, preparing detailed reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in export sales, preferably within manufacturing, medical or retail sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross‑border sales cycles and negotiate favorable terms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding sales teams or junior staff.
