Export Sales Specialist – International Markets

About the role

The Export Sales Specialist will drive growth of International Technical Textile Industry's (ITTI) export business across existing and new markets. You will act as the main point of contact for international customers, ensuring smooth order processing from quotation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand export sales in existing and new international markets.
• Identify potential customers, distributors and business partners worldwide.
• Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up until order confirmation.
• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics and finance to ensure timely order execution and shipment.
• Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping documents.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations.
• Monitor customer payments, shipment schedules and provide after‑sales support.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors and represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, export forecasts and market intelligence for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in technical textiles, industrial products or manufacturing.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, export documentation and logistics.
