Exports Lead

About the role

Our client, a leading regional FMCG group, is seeking an Exports Lead based in Cairo. The role will drive the growth of the company’s export business by managing export activities, building relationships with international customers and distributors, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day export operations and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Develop and nurture relationships with overseas customers, distributors and partners.
• Identify and evaluate new international markets for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal sales, logistics and finance teams to coordinate export processes.
• Monitor commercial performance and implement strategies to improve export sales.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of export sales experience within the FMCG sector.
• Current employment in FMCG with a proven track record in managing export markets, customers and distributors.
• Demonstrated ability to support market expansion and drive export sales growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Based in Egypt or able to work in Egypt without a visa.
