External Merchandiser – Retail & Sales

About the role
We are looking for an External Merchandiser to support our retail network in Cairo. You will work closely with customers and store staff to optimise product presentation, monitor sales performance and help drive growth for Bosch’s power‑tool range.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales data and identify losses or stock wastage.
- Analyse customer feedback to forecast sales trends and seasonal demand.
- Brief store staff on product display, rotation and space optimisation.
- Research consumer behaviour and anticipate changes in buying patterns.
- Predict demand using sales data, feedback and market trends.
- Evaluate the impact of product displays and store layouts on sales.
- Track competitor activities, including pricing, promotions and marketing.
Required profile
- High school diploma minimum.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar merchandising or sales role.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, travel as needed and adapt to different time zones.
Required skills
- Foundational knowledge of power tools.
