Facilities Manager – Integrated Facility Management

About the role

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead service delivery for its Integrated Facility Management business line. The role focuses on ensuring client and tenant satisfaction across assigned client sites while meeting contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facilities services as defined in contract scope.
• Report to the Senior Facilities Manager or Regional FM and be accountable for service delivery at designated locations.
• Develop and implement property‑specific operating strategies in collaboration with local clients.
• Oversee implementation of approved initiatives, coordinating direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building staff.
• Represent JLL in local and regional real‑estate communities to promote the firm’s capabilities.
• Communicate regularly with site leadership teams (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT).
• Prepare and distribute Quarterly and Annual Business Review information to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or related service delivery roles.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on satisfaction and relationship building.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
