Facilities Supervisor – Obour Plant

About the role

As a Facilities Supervisor at Danone’s Obour Plant, you will lead a housekeeping team to maintain a high‑standard cleaning environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety and company policies. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the plant’s facilities, waste area, and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cleaning quality, inspect site facilities and respond promptly to issues.
• Plan, schedule and oversee facility repairs, maintenance and daily operations.
• Supervise cleaning staff, set daily cleaning schedules and train them on equipment use and safe practices.
• Manage waste‑area operations, cleaning‑equipment storage and cafeteria stock.
• Prepare reports, maintain records and evaluate housekeeping performance.
• Handle cleaning‑related complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Control the facilities budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in facilities or housekeeping management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and action‑driven.
