Facility Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the full range of facilities operations at our El Dabaa site, including staff housing, hotel apartments and company rest houses. The role ensures that all accommodations are safe, well‑maintained and compliant with HSE and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of staff housing, hotel apartments and accommodation buildings, handling check‑in/check‑out, occupancy and allocation for drivers and staff.
• Supervise all maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and coordinate with external vendors, creating preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards and local regulations through regular inspections, safety audits and hygiene/food‑safety oversight.
• Oversee contracts with cleaning, catering, maintenance and security providers, control the facilities budget and produce weekly/monthly reports on occupancy and maintenance costs.
• Lead and supervise on‑site housekeeping, maintenance and security teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of Facility Management experience, preferably in hotel apartments, staff housing or hospitality environments.
• Experience managing accommodation in remote or desert locations such as oil‑&‑gas or construction camps.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in El Dabaa with rotational days off.
