Facility Supervisor

About the role

MaxAB is seeking a Facility Supervisor to lead and manage the maintenance of its warehouse and administrative facilities across Egypt. The role involves overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, and maintaining the reliability of all building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Facility Maintenance Team, allocating manpower according to operational priorities.
• Manage maintenance requests through Jira, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs and supervising preventive, corrective, and emergency activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouses and administrative facilities to ensure operational readiness.
• Supervise installation, relocation, dismantling, and commissioning of warehouse assets and equipment.
• Maintain warehouse infrastructure, including civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and ventilation systems.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• No specific qualifications required.
